Ordinarily, one could expect a call from an insurance adjuster about 24-48 hours after a claim is filed. Given the unprecedented number of claims, that time frame has been extended. All of our providers have assured us that they are adding resources to help handle the claims and are working as fast as possible to get in touch with everyone.
