His experience has given him the ability to help the clients understand their personal Insurance coverages in such a way that makes them feel comfortable as if they are calling and talking to a friend asking for advise on their Automobile Insurance, Homeowners Insurance and/or Umbrella Insurance coverage. He doesn’t make the client feel as if the information that he is explaining to them is confusing or over their heads. This allows the client to know the benefits of the coverage in the policies instead of them thinking that “insurance” is a waste of money or doesn’t help them when an accident / claim may happen.
He doesn’t treat the clients as if they are just ‘numbers’, but as ‘people’ who have purchased a product that will give them peace of mind so they could sleep at night knowing they have the right type of Insurance coverage in their policies. He is truly an asset to the agency.
When he is not at work, he enjoys watching movies and bike riding through Central Park or other parks located in Manhattan. He also loves good board games… ‘Scrabble’ anyone?
